These vinyl-coated fiberglass fabrics inherit 2x2 woven patterns created Phifer’s first non-directional shading fabric. Given its balanced weave, this fabric made it much easier to fabricate and presented shade manufacturers the option to railroad this fabric for oversized shades. Woven in a denser pattern, these styles were designed specifically for situations that require a more opaque fabric when significant solar head reduction is needed.
