This video show police brutality caught on camera from officer's dash cam. The purpose of this video is to show the importance of self awareness, which can be a scary experience for some people because when they recognize it, they may discover negative emotions or feelings within that they have to cope with. The driver of the SUV in this video was allegedly stopped for tailgating and threatening 2 off duty Buffalo Ridge Drug Task Force agents. Within seconds of the vehicle being stopped, one of the agents rushed the vehicle with his gun drawn and started screaming at the driver, “Get the f--- out of the car, mother f---er, show me your hands.” He then immediately yanked open the door and began violently pulling the driver from the vehicle before he could even remove his seat belt. The agent then began to knee and punch the driver while he was still in the vehicle. The driver was arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon in the second degree, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving with a revoked license. As a result of this incident, the Worthington Police Department settled a lawsuit with the driver in the amount of $60,000.00, and the agency made several policy and procedure changes.
