At the Government Upper Primary School in Samukabhedi under Karanpalli Panchayat of Chandbali block, 183 students from nine classes—from Shishu Vatika to Class 8—are forced to manage with only two dilapidated classrooms. Due to the shortage of classrooms, young students are compelled to sit and study in the school veranda, braving heat, rain, and cold weather.
