All dance classes are aimed at women aged 17 - 70+, the main choreography classes are a combination of eclectic commercial pop, with routines taught to the likes of Kylie, Little Mix, Bruno Mars, Wham!, Spice Girls, Sia, Britney Spears to name a few...all mixed together with lots of fun and fitness. Other classes are available, including dance fitness sessions set to the sounds of the 70's, 80's & 90's. Dancing not only gives you a cardio workout, toning bits of your body you didn't know existed, it also releases endorphins. You don't even notice that you're working hard, as Bazzmatazz is more like a Saturday night out than a gym slog....and don't panic if you haven't the rhythm of Rihanna, attitude of Aguilera or the moves like Little Mix, anyone can do a Bazzmatazz dance class. The moves are broken down into easy-to-learn steps, so you work your brain as well as your body.
