What are you training goals for 2020? Finished my workout today with 3 sets of this double kettlebell complex. This is a terrific way to not only get the entire body involved, but it also targets both the anaerobic and aerobic which is what we use in squash. My core is also engaged during all of these exercises which is safer and from my point of view more effective at building a solid strong core. The order of the exercises are deadlifts, rows, cleans, presses, squats, presses, cleans, rows, deadlifts. I did 3 of each and it took about a 1:10-1:15 to complete 1 set. You can also do this group of exercises with a bar and a couple of plates. Because of the duration of a set you won’t be able to do this with really heavy weights.
