Matthew Bennett, a medical student with LSU New Orleans School of Medicine presents a "10-Year Review of Efficacy and Safety of Spinal Cord Stimulators in Military Veterans." Each year, the Southern Pain Society hosts a poster session as part of their annual Conference where professionals and learners showcase their research and projects. Posters can be clinically or research-oriented. Abstracts explore a range of issues including patient evaluation, risk stratification, outcomes of interventional treatments, psychosocial factors in pain, pain education, research, case studies, and more. To submit your poster abstract for the next Southern Pain Society Conference, visit southernpainsociety.org for full guidelines. The Southern Pain Society (SPS) was established in 1986 to serve people with pain by advancing research and treatment and to increase the knowledge and skill of the regional professional community.
