Learn how to make this delightful pie with our easy recipe, perfect for any night and an ideal option for a savory puff pastry, featuring spinach and cheese. 💙😋 🛒 INGREDIENTS (24 cm pan) 🥔 1 kg potatoes 🥚 4 eggs 🌿 100 g spinach 🫑 1 red pepper 🫒 100 g black olives 🧀 200 g primo sale cheese 🧀 150 g spreadable cheese 🧀 50 g grated Parmesan cheese 🌾 2 tablespoons flour 🧈 Butter to taste 🌿 Oregano to taste 📋 PREPARATION Peel and grate the potatoes, season with salt, and let rest for 15 minutes. Line the pan with parchment paper and butter it. Squeeze the potatoes well to remove any excess water, arrange them in the pan, creating a rim, brush with melted butter, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes. Separate one egg white from the yolk and add the remaining eggs to the yolk. Beat the egg white separately. In a pan with a drizzle of oil, cook the spinach and season with salt. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and cook in the same pan for a few minutes. Remove the crust from the oven, brush with the beaten egg white, and return to the oven for 3 minutes. Cut the primo sale cheese and olives into cubes. In a bowl, beat the whole eggs with the yolks, add the cream cheese, a pinch of salt, the primo sale cheese, the parmesan, the spinach, the peppers, the olives, the oregano, and the flour. Mix well. Pour the mixture into the pan, level it, and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
