Generating CIBSE TM52 TM59 Reports From Your EPC Model in Record Time

Most UK modelling is focused on, or at least starts with, certification for EPCs and Building Regulations compliance. Increasingly clients need you to develop that certification model to conduct overheating analysis according to CIBSE TM52 or TM59. Depending on your workflow and the software you use, this extra analysis can take a significant amount of time and effort. In this webinar we demonstrate the famous DesignBuilder workflow by setting up a certification model with relatively complex geometry, inputting the model data and generating compliance certificates. We then hand over to Paul Sentobe of Business Footprint who “flicks a switch” and shows you how quickly you can input the additional data necessary to run overheating analyses and generate TM52/TM59 overheating compliance reports.
