"Woe to you, hypocrites! Whitewashed tombs—clean outside, dead inside. You shut the kingdom's door in people's faces." The contrast is devastating: Aaron—seven days of sacrifice and surrender. The Pharisees—the right garments, positions, knowledge, but wrong hearts. Aaron's consecration was about being transformed and set apart. The Pharisees' religion was about reputation and control.
