After serving a 2 year sentence in Corcoran State Prison he was immensely inspired to make music again. Tony Hatch (The Red Rippers, Los Difuntos), a prolific drummer who grew up in the same town as Tape Legacy, established many projects together before A.S.B: The Eloquence (2004), The Drunk Rats (2007), OVNI, Population Kill/Out For Justice Records (2008).
