From a glistening ring-shaped skyscraper in China to a stage in Holland where Queen Elizabeth could walk in off the street, Gürdoğan is motivated by a desire to create spaces that look and work like no other. Through her innovation-driven architectural firm Superpool and a new collaboration with Studio-X Istanbul, Gürdoğan continues to engage in architecture and design experiments in the massive urban laboratory of Istanbul. Selva Gürdoğan is the co-founder of Superpool, an Istanbul-based design practice.
