Today I set out on a simple therapy ride between a few local bike cafés taking part in Bikes & Brew and supporting the Make Your Mark (MARK) charity. What unfolded was more than just coffee stops… it was a reminder of how powerful a ride, good people, and clear headspace can be. This video marks the first step of my Bikes & Brew MARK journey.
