Geekbuying, bad experience

I have ordered item 24/11/2017. Item arrived well packed with everything like it was described, but... The camera could not turn on. I contacted GEEKBUYING AfterSale Support, and they tried to solve the problem with giving me some advice how to try to turn it on. None of those worked, so I sent a camera back to China (with all steps taken care of, as AfterSale Support asked for) and paid delivery with tracking number. They have said that they will contact me when they receive my item. They have received the item on 6/1/2018, and there is no word from them 10 days later. I have sent another mail, to see what is status of my case. But, 2 months from my paid order I'm still waiting for an answer and my product that I have paid. I think that this is last time I have business with GEEKBUYING, not counting lawsuit I will start if something doesn't change shortly. Think twice before buying at Geekbuying. All the best, Jan
