Bhatyara Style Italian Biryani ingredients; CHICKEN MARINATION= 1/2 Bunch Coriander Leaves (25 gram cleaned) 4 Green Chillies 1/2 Capsicum 1/2 of Small bunch Mint Leaves (10 gram) 2 tsp Heaped Garlic paste 1 tsp Heaped Ginger paste 1 tsp Dried Kasuri Methi Leaves Juice of 1 Lemon (2-3 tbsp) 5 tbsp (100 gram) Yogurt Salt to taste (2 tsp) 1 1/2 kg Chicken on the Bone GRINDED PASTE FOR GRAVY 1/2 Bunch Coriander Leaves (25 gram) 10 Green Chillies 1/2 Capsicum 1/2 Bunch Mint leaves 1/3 Cup (50 gram) Cashewnut pieces 1/4 cup (25 gram) Chaar Magaz 25 gm Maggie Coconut powder 300 gram Yogurt 2 tsp Garlic Paste 1 tsp Ginger Paste 2 tsp Dried Kasuri Methi Leaves 2 Big (200 grams) Onions sliced Salt to taste (2tsp)for the Biryani gravy.. 1 Tbsp Butter 1/2 Cup Water RICE=24 cups water(6 litre) 6-7 tbsp Salt (As Required) 1 tsp Shah Zeera 1 tsp White Zeera 2 Cinnamon Stick 2 Star Anise 1 Black Cardamom 1 Big Mace leaf 6 Green Cardamom 2 Bay leaves GRAVY= 4 donga Oil (8 tbsp) 4 Green Cardamom 10-12 Whole Black pepper 1 Black Cardamom 1 Big Cinnamon stick 6 Cloves 2 tsp Coriander powder 2 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 2 tsp Cumin powder Little Salt as Required(1tsp) 1 Teacup Water(150 ml). 5 Green Chillies Slit. 1 Cup (200 ml) Fresh Cream 1/2 Cup (100 gram ) Mayonaise 1/4 tsp Green Food Colour Powder. 1 1/2 kg Basmati Rice(washed & soaked for atleast 1-2 hr) 2 tbsp Vinegar 1 Donga Oil (2 tbsp) 1/4 Cup Water 8 Donga Oil (16 tbsp ) 1/4 tsp Green Food Colour powder 3 Tbsp Kewda Water Total Oil needed in this Biryani was 500ml (15 Donga / 30 Tbsp )
