Look Outside UST - Discharged (Trench Digger Boss Theme)

Alternate title: Eviction x Shellshock. I know, this is my third Eviction-related cover but shh. I tried to envision what the Trench Digger boss theme would sound like if it continued the Eviction theme. The same theme was used from Paying Rent to Rent is Late to Eviction, so it makes sense to use it too for the boss music. The key transposes and tempo speeds up every variation, so I raised the key to follow the progression (but I didn't speed up the tempo, I think 95bpm is appropriately fast enough). I used Eviction as foundation (instruments, the bassline, synth riffs) and combined it with elements from Shellshock (some of the leading melody and snare drumline, the "bravado" feel of Shellshock's brass section, as well as use of dissonance shown in other 1.6 tracks). Then I added my own ideas; vertically flipping the notes of the bassline to give the theme a fresh sound but not stray from the original scale, the bomb sfx, and reusing the snare roll and brass melody from my marching band cover. I made small changes to the brass melody's voicing to capture the "bravado" feel of Shellshock. The title is also a wordplay, "discharged" as in when a court process on eviction is cancelled because the tenant is able to comply (Sam being able to pay rent in full) and "discharged" as in relieved from military service (pertaining to Mr. Henderson's background). All three titles of the tracks in Henderson's apartment have themes of rent, I think the boss theme's title should also follow the same pattern! Ok phew yap over.
