राहुल गांधी के एक प्रत्याशी यानी कि बृजेन्द्र सिंह ने ज्ञानेश कुमार के अफसर पे वोट चोरी के जरिए मोदी के प्रत्याशी को जितवाने का आरोप लगाया था। दरअसल राहुल गांधी और कांग्रेस के प्रत्याशी बृजेन्द्र सिंह को हरियाणा के उचाना सीट पे मात्र 32 वोटों से हार का सामना करना पड़ा था लेकिन मजेदार बात ये थी कि इस सीट पर 150 पोस्टल बैलेट को रिटर्निंग अफसर ने कैंसिल कर दिया था। इसी के खिलाफ राहुल गांधी का ये सिपाही हाई कोर्ट चला गया था जहाँ आज की तारीख में कांग्रेस और बृजेन्द्र सिंह का केस काफी मजबूत दिख रहा है। दरअसल जज ने आज की तारीख में ज्ञानेश कुमार के अफसर को कोर्ट में बुलाया था लेकिन वोट चोरी पकड़े जाने के डर से आज अफसर आया ही नहीं जिस पर भड़कते हुए हाई कोर्ट ने अब 1 अप्रैल की तारीख तय की है और हर हाल में ज्ञानेश कुमार के अफसर को हाजिर होने का आदेश दिया है। One of Rahul Gandhi's candidates, Brijendra Singh, accused Gyanesh Kumar's officer of helping Modi's candidate win through vote theft.
