This is only my second year playing with JMU Pep Band, but I fell in love with it from the first time I heard it as a kid. The energy that the band program has as a whole, musically and as supporters of the Basketball Programs that we play and cheer for, is absolutely ridiculous! Guitarist: Chris Seipp Bassist: Eric Schueler These two guys are a magic duo and I love being able to pay with them. Chris Seipp has been playing for years and he really knows his instrument, better than I could ever know mine. He can shred some insane solos, and then turn right around and lay down some really wacky funk/jazz rhythm stuff that will have your head bobbing and grinning from ear to ear for days! Eric Schueler, the bassist, is definitely one of my favorites as well. He has an insane slap but he can also just lay down a really phat, straight groove. Don't even get me started about how fun it is to leave space for him to fill all over the frets! With his Metal meets Funk influences and style, this guy is definitely going to be one to watch for in the future.
