Communities and learning providers invest millions into skills development, yet nearly three-quarters of companies faced skills shortages in 2022, according to the British Chambers of Commerce and the Open University. How can this gap be bridged? Part of the answer is to make better connections between educational experiences and potential career prospects, and one company that is doing some truly innovate work in this area is Navigatr.
