Signs your body is stressed. There are many effects of stress on your body, but there are tell tale signs that your body is crying out for help. Typical signs of stress include things like high blood pressure, poor sleep, racing heart. And these are related to the adrenaline. However, here are some atypical signs: 1. Teeth grinding also called Bruxism 2. Poor digestion 3. Muscle aches 4. Hair loss and graying 5. Weight gain (yikes) 6. Frequent colds 7. No sex drive These tell tale signs of stress are your body’s way of getting your attention. If you have one or more of these stress indicators, you should work on how to manage your stress. You can start by increasing your exercise regimen to include more aerobic exercise. Yoga is also an excellent way to reduce stress.
