How to Create and Manage Email Lists, Design Newsletters, and Send Test EmailsThis guide provides a step-by-step process for creating and managing email lists, designing newsletters, and sending test emails using personalization features.Creating and Managing Email Lists In the navigation bar, click on Audience. Select Lists from the drop-down menu. In the Lists section, click on Create List. In the modal, enter the list name in the List Name field. Select Single Opt-in from the List Type drop-down under Advanced Setting. Click the Create List button to finalize the new list. In the list view, select My Email List by clicking the checkbox next to it. Click the Import Contacts button to begin adding contacts. Drag and drop a CSV file or choose a file to upload your contacts. Click the Continue button after the CSV upload is complete. In the Match Fields section, adjust the mapping as needed. Complete the mapping process by clicking on Complete.Designing Newsletters In the navigation bar, click on Campaigns and select Newsletters. In the Newsletters section, click on Create Newsletter. Enter the newsletter campaign name and email subject line in the designated fields. Use the Personalization drop-down to add a personalization tag, such as First Name. Enter a short preview of your email content. Select the sender's email address from the drop-down menu. Click the Next, Type button to proceed. Select the Drag and Drop Editor option for designing your email. Choose a template and customize it using the Design Editor. Use the Merge Tags option to insert dynamic content like the recipient's first name.Sending Test Emails Click on Send Test Email in the navigation bar. Enter the email address in the provided field and check the box to use custom fields of a specific contact. Search for a contact by name or email and select the desired contact. Click the Send button to dispatch the test email. Use the preview mode to view the email design in different modes (desktop, mobile, dark mode).Finalizing and Sending the Campaign In the Recipients section, select contacts from available lists, tags, or segments. Click the Next, Review and Confirm button to proceed. Enter the newsletter campaign name and subject line again, using personalization if desired. Click the Next, Type button to proceed. Choose the Drag and Drop editor for designing your email. Click Next, Schedule to proceed. Select Auto Warmup mode or Send Now to send your campaign immediately. Click Send to initiate the sending process and Submit to finalize.Viewing Performance Metrics In the navigation bar, click on Campaigns and select Newsletters. View the number of emails opened and click on Performance for detailed metrics. Use the date range selector to filter data and view detailed statistics in the dashboard.
