The Prasadam recipe is made of Wheat rava(godhuma rava) and with sugar and jaggery. Caramelizing the sugar and jaggery and the secret spices enhance the aroma, texture and colour of the recipe 1. Gongura Pachadi/chutney Dry roast red chilli and whole dhania (coriander seeds) , and grind with salt and keep aside. Wash and dry gongura leaves and cook with 1 table spoon of oil. The leaves will turn color and shrink. After it cools down grind along with red chilli and coriander powder to fine paste. Tip: Make red chilli and coriander powder little bit more so that if chutney is not spicy you add some more powder and grind, or else use chilli flakes 2. Brinjal kurma/Gutthi vankaya. With Aamla Gravy paste: Dry roast ground nuts, channa dal, coriander seeds, cumin seeds,urid dal, red chilli, sesame seeds,coconut powder and some whole masala( cinnamaom stick and shajeera (caraway) ) . grind and make powder. Add some tomatoes and grind to paste Tip: to cook fast , cook brinjal in oven for 5mins before frying in oil 3. Thotakura Pappu (Amaranthus dal) I used Aamla and mango seed with some left over pulp. 4. Mango pulihora Grate raw mango and fry along with tempering. 5: Aratikaya fry Bajji (Raw banana fritters) Peel and cut into slices, and soak in salt and turmeric mixed water. Take 2 tables spoons channa dal powder (Besan) and 1 table spoon rice flour with some Ajwain seeds (omum), chilli powder and salt. And fry in oil. 6: Satyanarayana Swamy Vratha Prasadam | Wheat rava Prasadam Dry roast 1 cup wheat rava in low flame for 10-12 mins. Boil 3 cups of water and add to rava to cook for 10 mins( can use cooker to cook ), now add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup jaggery and cook for another 10 mins till sugar and jaggery get caramelized with rava. Take nut meg, edible camphor, cardamom and make into powder and add. Add dry fruits which are fried in ghee. 7: Dry prasadam, Add ghee in a pan and melt it , dry roast semolina /upma rava for 5 to 6 min Cool it and add 1 and 1/2 cup sugar and add dry fruits which are fried in ghee and cardamom powder .
