This isn't about wild camping, or walking or even vlogging. This is a documented result of mental breakdowns, feeling so utterly lost in life, in relationships. Questioning self. Questioning if I can do this. Trusting my gut instead of having to prove a point. I don't care about achieving or showing off, or even being out in nature. This is about all the things you cannot see. The mind. The soul. The disconnection many of us feel in this world. Well perhaps this is exactly what you would expect from me....scared, lost and alone. The coastal path is very simple, just follow the path, the coast. You can't go wrong! But somehow I did. I got freaked out by a stranger up ahead, I nearly got trapped in by the tide. Being lost doesn't just mean physically, but mentally....
