To me, this is one of the greatest AW moments of all time. Felicia begins to explain to everyone why they are at the Paradise, and when she is too emotionally overcome to continue, Jenna takes over for her and makes the announcement to everyone, both those who already knew, like Dean and Rachel, and those who had no idea, like Matt and Iris, that "We have lost Lucas. But we've gained my mom and dad's daughter: Lorna Devon." Ryan and Paulina go out of their way to personally assure Lorna of their acceptance of her as Felicia and Lucas's daughter.
