FYI "any bike is a bikepacking bike if you're crazy enough", so please don't think that if you don't have a specific bike designed for bikepacking/touring that you can't go on an adventure. There are better bikes and builds than others, but any bike is better than no bike. So if you can't get the next best thing or make any upgrades, just do the best with whatcha got!
