This video is the 6th step in my series to growing 100 lbs. (45 kg) of tomatoes per plant...or two! We're using a modified Charles Wilber method, and harvesting more tomatoes than ever! While the last video shows you the two most important STEPS for growing 100 lbs. of tomatoes per plant, this video may be the most important to WATCH, because you can take a plant already growing in your garden the conventional way and convert it into a hundred-pound one! This way, you can try the method with ONE of your plants and compare the harvest with all the other plants in your garden! Don't leave out ANY of the steps, and follow along with all the videos in the series. I ALREADY TRIED leaving out some of the steps, and while you MAY NOT get a hundred lbs. per plant... but, even following SOME of the steps, you'll probably still get a bigger harvest than ever before! So, go to the PLAYLIST section of this channel and watch each of the videos on this topic! Before getting started, note that this method ONLY works with INDETERMINATE varieties of tomato plants! You can't use determinate varieties! Depending on your growing conditions and soil fertility, you may not get 100 lbs. (45 kg) per plant, but if you ONLY harvested 40 lbs. (18kg), that would still be above the average of 8 to 15 lbs. (4-6 kg) of fruit over the growing season. If you don't have access to BIOCHAR, you can still use the method and get a bigger harvest. Try a few plants this way, and compare the yield to the harvest from your other plants grown the way you normally do! But here's my prediction: after learning this method, you'll never want to grow tomatoes the old way again! To use this method THIS YEAR, get the book, "How to Grow World Record Tomatoes", by Charles H. Wilber, referenced below, as this video series is a year-long project, with the whole process unfolding in real time as the year progresses! You may not want to wait until the series is finished, so get the book now! AND FOLLOW ALONG WITH US!
