Leiomyoma | Uterine Fibrod | Ultrasound abdomen Liver: Normal in size. Hepatic parenchymal echotexture is uniform all-over. No focal hyper or hypo-echoic lesion is seen in the liver. Intrahepatic portion of IVC is normal. Portal vein is normal. Porta-hepatis is normal. Gall bladder: Normal in size and contour. Wall thickness is within normal limit. No Evidence of echogenic structures or biliary sludge is seen within the gallbladder. Intrahepatic biliary radicals and common ducts are not dilated. Internal diameter of CBD and that of portal vein are within normal limit. Pancreas: Is normal in size and shape. Parenchyma shows normal echotexture. Main Pancreatic duct not dilated. Spleen: Is normal in size. It is uniform in echotexture. No focal lesion is seen in the spleen. Rt kidney: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Bipolar length 10.8 cm. Cortex & medulla are well differentiated. Central echo-complex is echogenic and normal. No evidence of any focal/diffuse lesion or calculus is detected. Lt Kidney: Smaller in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Bipolar length 8.14cm. Central echo-complex is echogenic and normal. No evidence of any focal/diffuse lesion or calculus is detected. Ureter: No abnormality could be detected in either of the ureter. Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. No wall thickening seen. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen. Uterus: Post menopausal smaller in size and anteverted in position. Endometrium: Is normal in thickness. Myometrium: A hypoechoic solid mass lesion measuring 3.0 x 2.4cm is located anterior subserous myometrium of the body of the uterus. Another hyperechoic solid mass in the anterior myometrium measuring 2.4cm x 1.78cm. Both Adnexa: Unremarkable. Cul-de-Sac: No fluid collection is present in POD. Suggestive of a exophytic (Subserous) fibroid and another one anterior myometrium (D/D Uterine artery calcification) Smaller size left kidney.
