Here the patient complains of pain in the testicle. Many times the pain starts without any reason there is no history of injury or trauma to the testis and many times it is intermittent. The patient suffers from pain it goes away and it comes back again. What are the causes for pain in the test most common cause is very trivial or minor injury which has gone unnoticed by the patient it could be as simple as riding a two-wheeler especially bicycle which has narrow seats. Another common reason is lifting very heavy weights another common reason for pain in the test is minor infections of the testis or epididymis which is an organ situated just above and below the testis in the scrotum. When you go to urologist he will take history, he will do appropriate examination physically and many times there is no investigation which is necessary. The treatment for pain in the testis is scrotal support, painkiller tablets, and if the urologist feels it is because of infection, he will prescribe a short course of antibiotics which is taken overall.
