Welcome to our youtube channel Power of knowledge. In this video you will learn about a medical procedure called arthroscopy with the help of 3d animation and reaction videos. So let me tell you the overall script of the video. "Arthroscopy is a medical procedure used to diagnose and treat issues in your joints. While X-rays and other imaging techniques help identify injuries or damaged parts in joints, sometimes certain conditions are challenging to detect accurately, like when X-rays don't clearly show damaged cartilage. In such cases, arthroscopy is employed. How arthroscopy is performed? During the arthroscopy procedure, the first step is to numb the joint with local anesthesia where the problem exists. Following that, the orthopedic surgeon makes a small incision in the skin over the joint. Through this cut, a pencil-sized instrument, known as an arthroscope, is inserted into the joint. The arthroscope has a camera and light, allowing the surgeon to see the inside of the joint on a monitor. While examining the joint, the surgeon tries to identify any issues. Once identified, the surgeon can use arthroscopy to treat the problem. For treatment, a small incision is made at another location on the joint, and surgical instruments are inserted to repair the joint while monitoring the procedure on the screen. Some common surgeries performed through arthroscopy include removing loose bone fragments, repairing damaged cartilage, addressing torn ligaments, and reducing inflammation in the joint lining. That's all for today; we'll see you in our next video.
