18th Pre-Nyokum Yullo Celebration Kicks Off at Dera Natung Government College, Itanagar Itanagar witnessed a vibrant display of culture and unity as the 18th Pre-Nyokum Yullo Celebration was formally inaugurated at Dera Natung Government College, organized by the Dera Natung Nyishi Students. The opening ceremony began with traditional rituals and cultural performances that reflected the rich heritage of the Nyishi community. Students, faculty members, and invited guests gathered in large numbers to mark the beginning of the much-awaited annual celebration, which aims to promote indigenous culture, harmony, and social values among the youth. The inaugural program was graced by the Chief Guest, Bozir Bole, President of the Galo Student Union (GSU).
