This is a quick little landlord tenant case where the tenant passed away last year. This fella is the deceased tenant's freeloading grandson, who has continued to occupy the co-op. He kinda sorta paid a little rent, but then he got his tighty-whities in a bunch over them towing his car, even though the co-op have him plenty of notice. So, freeloader says he withheld rent, but did he use that money to go get his car out of the impound? Hell no! I can see the future now. He's gonna be out of the co-op in 10 days, and since he still hasn't paid the car pound, he won't have a car to live in either.
