Bladder support comparison! 💃🏻 Impressa vs. Revive vs. Uresta NOTE: Thanks to my Lift program, my mild bladder prolapse is no longer symptomatic, so I don’t personally require these supports. I also don’t have bladder leakage, which is what these supports are designed for. ☝️My investigations are preliminary; I haven’t used any of these products for an extended period. These are my initial thoughts about the pros and cons. Plus, I want to show you what they look like! 🪷 All of these over-the-counter bladder supports work by occupying space in the vagina to help support the pelvic organs, and compressing the urethra to prevent bladder leaks. 💛 Impressa (by Poise®): ✅Pros - convenient, similar to inserting a large tampon, anyone can order them online (no prescription needed). 3 sizes available. ❌Cons - disposable/not good for the environment. Expensive (since not reusable). Revive®: ✅Pros - reusable, intelligent design, no prescription needed. ❌Cons - a little intimidating to use! Read the instructions thoroughly. First time it’s a little complicated to put together. Strings need to be reordered. Uresta®: ✅Pros - easy to use, just pop it in! 3 sizes available. ❌Cons - some light suction when removing, need to tip it slightly so that it comes out without tugging. Currently a prescription-based product in the US, but in Canada, where Uresta is based, they are over-the-counter. They have applied with the US 🇺🇸 FDA to move Uresta from a prescription product to an OTC product... 🤞🤞🤞 HOW COOL that there are so many amazing over-the-counter products available now for people who need occasional bladder support! 🤗 LIFE IS GOOD. Options abound, let’s get out there and enjoy it! 💃🏻 THIS IS NOT A PAID PROMOTION OR SPONSORED POST! Does your pelvic floor need help?
