Mutton koila karahi | Highway style karahi | Mutton koyla karahi recipe |mutton shinwari karahi | Shinwari mutton karahi | #muttonkarahi #mutton #muttonrecipe #shinwarikarahirecipe @Tastytreats4321 #koylakarahi #dumbakarahi *Ingredients -Mutton 750 Grams -Onion 1 medium -Tomatoes 4 large -Ginger Garlic paste 2tsp -Oil 1/2 cup -Black pepper 10,12 -Black cardamom 2 -Green Cardamom 1 -Cumin Seeds 2tsp -Cloves 4,5 -Dry Coriander 2tsp -Red Chilli whole 5,6 -Salt 1&1/2 tsp Green chillies 9,10 Red chilli powder 1tsp Turmeric powder 1tsp Green chilli paste 2tbsp *Directions In a Karahi add mutton,ginger garlic paste, Salt and Water mix it & keep the flame low and cook until mutton tender. -In a fry pan add dry whole spices & dry roast on low flame until fragrance. 1,2 minutes.Let it cool. In grinder add roasted spices & coarsely. Then add red chilli powder,turmeric & salt and mix it well Karahi spice is ready. In a pan add oil & Onion golden fry onion then add tomatoes. when tomatoes soft remove peels & make paste.Cook paste on medium to high flame then add paste in mutton.Add Karahi mix spices mix it . Give Coal Smoke. Then add chillies & Ginger & Serve with Naan or Chapati.
