Montaggio veloce di NPS® Air: travi e pilastri NPS® con solaio Airfloor™

In questo video vediamo come si monta NPS®. E' un sistema che si compone di pilastri e travi miste acciaio-calcestruzzo. Si tratta di elementi che vengono prodotti in stabilimento e poi completati in cantiere con il getto di calcestruzzo. Sono particolarmente indicati per grandi luci. In questo caso abbiamo pilastri alti 10 metri e travi autoportanti per luci di 17 metri. In questo progetto utilizziamo anche Airfloor™ , solaio misto acciaio calcestruzzo brevettato da Tecnostrutture. E’ un solaio autoportante fino a 5 metri che pesa 45 kg/mq per ottenere un impalcato finito di 190 kg/mq. Arriva in cantiere pronto per la posa e per il getto. In questo progetto è stato scelto proprio per la sua estrema leggerezza che lo rende adatto a sopraelevazioni e a situazioni che richiedono ridotti carichi alle fondazioni. Questo è il risultato che si ha utilizzando le strutture miste di Tecnostrutture. Abbiamo montato 300 mq di impalcato in poco più di un giorno con un gruista e due operai. Nonostante luci da 17 metri non sono usati puntelli. Così si costruisce oggi, con NPS®, la migliore alternativa al costruire in opera. This system consists of steel-concrete composite columns and beams. The elements are produced in the factory and then completed on site with concrete casting. NPS® is ideal for long spans. In this case we have 10-metre long columns and beams with a 17-meters span. In this project, we use also Airflooor™, a steel-concrete composite slab patented by Tecnostrutture. Airfloor™ is self-supporting up to 5 metres and weighs 45 kg/m2. It arrives on site ready to be installed and casted. We decided to use it because of its extreme lightness, which makes it ideal for upward extensions and circumstances that require fewer loads on the foundations. This is the result you obtain by using the composite solutions by Tecnostrutture: 300 m2 ceiling in just over a day with a crane operator and two workers.
