Come along on a beautiful hike from Grindelwald up to the famous Bachalpsee in Switzerland. We start in the well-known village, pass by middle station Bort, and head up to First, where the views of the Swiss Alps are breathtaking. On a clear day, you can see the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau reflected in the water of Bachalpsee — I was not so lucky and had to deal with snowflakes instead. This scenic hike has a mix of uphill and flat sections, with lots of great places to stop and enjoy the view. You can also take the cable car up to First if you don’t want to walk the whole trail.
