MG4 SE SR vs TROPHY LR Summer Range Test | Comparing the data

Hey and thanks for tuning in this week. In November 2022 I performed a 70mph range test with my MG4 SE Standard Range. Recently, I also range tested the MG4 Trophy Long Range in the warmer British summer climate and compare both the tests. I felt that it would only be fair to compare the two like for like with similar route and outdoor temperature. Although not scientific, it's a great insight into what these two cars are capable of with a fully depleted battery so we can understand the limitations and have some helpful milestone markers for journey planning. In this range test, I take my 'South west 70' route with my 2022 MG4 SE Standard Range to explore its potential range in the warmer climate. I safely maintain 70mph through where possible with the normal test procedures of using adaptive cruise, HVAC set to 22˙c and fan speed on +1. It's also worth noting, in this video, my MG4 SE Standard Range is 10 months old vs an MG4 Trophy Long Range which was brand new. I'd love to know what you thought of the test. Are you an MG4 owner?
