The International Sculpture Center held the 23rd International Sculpture Conference: Process, Patron, Public from October 4-6, 2012 in Chicago, IL. The event brought together ISC members, non-members, artists, arts administrators, curators, city planners, educators, art supporters, and students. This panel, ISC Chapters: How and Why, featured speakers Bob Emser, Isaac Duncan III, and Steve Daly talking about their Chapter Groups, including Chicago Sculpture International, Pacific Rim Sculpture Group, and Texas Sculpture Group.
