Can be found in dark leafy greens, grains, nuts, seeds, and skins of fruits to make your body elimination easier. 3. You should consume about 40 grams of fiber per day. 4. WHAT DOES FIBER HELP? a. Keeps your digestive system running smoothly b. Helps with keeping a healthy weight c. Helps to prevent cancer d. Helps with lowering your blood glucose e. Boosts your immune system 5. The more FIBER you eat, the MORE WATER you have to drink because fiber needs water to work well since water is absorbed by fiber. 6.
