The binge restrict cycle is when we won't eat (or eat specific things only) for a period of time, and then when we get overly hungry later on we can overeat or binge. Which can lead to us restricting again, and this cycle goes on and on. We can feel like we can't get out of it, but we can! Here are 2 tips: 1. Stop judging food as good or bad. That will only lead to us craving and overeating on the things that we feel are "bad" 2. Eat every 3-4 hours so we don't get overly hungry.
