Let me introduce you to a lovely borough called Brooklyn, which is (in my opinion) the epitome of the word "hipster." It's a lot more quiet, artsy and residential than Manhattan, which is amazing because I could actually breathe in some fresh air without getting trampled by people. (Not hating on Manhattan, just pointing out the differences). My best friend from college, Isaac, recently moved to Brooklyn. He is a hip hop/funk/house DJ on the side, and he gave me an inside tour of his neighborhood called Bushwick. Have you ever been to Brooklyn? What's your favorite part about it compared to Manhattan?
