So multiple breast cancer is rare but it can be present. So the treatment depends on how we treat breast cancer, but if it is multiple fibroadenomas of both the breast, it depends on the size of the pulp and if the size is more than 3 cms, then we normally operate it and if the size is less than 3 cms, then we find out why there is this hormonal imbalance and we treat them accordingly .
