Treating Water to Neutralize Chloramine and lower pH

My water out of the tap has a pH that is too high (too alkaline), and not very suitable to water orchids with. In this video I show how I have been treating my water with ascorbic acid (vitamin C) to both neutralize chloramine and chlorine as well as lower the pH to an acceptable range to water plants/orchids with. I've had great results doing this, a few of which I show in this video. I have new root tip growth on a lot of my orchids that have burns that I believe are from previously just watering with tap water straight from the tap.
