We identify with Christ because we were included in His death, burial, resurrection, and exaltation. (Eph 2v6) Jesus is the identity of every Christian. (1 Jn. 4v17) Deliverance from sin comes by death, not discipline (Rom 6v4, 7, 10-11) 3. We are transformed by HOSTING the Holy Spirit.
