"Broadcast" is the thirteenth story quest in Dying Light. After the Ministry convinced the world that there are no survivors in the city of Harran, they send jets to bomb the city to annihilate the virus. We need to make sure the signal's strong enough to get past the jamming. Installing the amplifier on the tallest antenna tower in Harran should do the trick, hopefully.
