EU Business School students had the chance to gain exclusive insights into the importance of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace from Lotus Smits, Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Company Culture at Spanish tech giant, Glovo. Committed to the fight for equality from a young age, Lotus has dedicated almost a decade of her career to creating and fostering fairer, more equal workplaces in companies like AIESEC, Vodafone and Booking.com. Since taking on the position of Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Company Culture at Spanish tech giant, Glovo, Lotus has overseen DEI across the company’s offices and community programs, including its volunteering and onboarding processes. She creates spaces in which people are safe, feel valued and can grow to reach their full potential and professional dreams.
