We are here to help! __________ To get the most out of your Vicks Warm Mist Humidifier, follow these helpful steps. Make sure your humidifier is on a firm, level, water resistant surface at least twelve inches from the wall. To fill, use the handle located on the top to lift the tank. Turn the tank upside down and remove the cap by turning counter clockwise. Fill the water tank with cool water, secure the cap, and place it back on the base. Make sure your humidifier is turned off before plugging it in. To use with VapoSteam, add one tablespoon of the inhalant to the medicine cup. Do not add inhalant directly to the water. To use the VapoPads, open the scent pad door. Inset Vicks VapoPad, and shut the door. T urn the power knob to either the high or low setting to turn on and wait 1-2 minutes for mist to be produced. When your humidifier is out of water the refill light will illuminate. To reset it, turn the humidifier off, wait fifteen minutes for heating element to cool down. Refill the water tank and place it back on base. then turn the humidifier back on.
