Edit - March 9th 2013 So it turns out what the person did not only breached Youtube's rules of conduct but it was also illegal in the United States. Youtube took this very seriously. They've IP blocked him so he isn't able to make accounts anymore. As for any farther punishment, I have not been informed. Edit - March 8th 2013 After TangyToddler saying he wants to not make this a big thing and that we should stop talking about it roughly 20 times, and never following through as every time I stop talking about it or block him he uses another account or mass twitter spam to keep talking, I DO have a problem with him now. He is a hypocrite who only listens to a quarter of the argument because it's the only part he can respond to.
