Microsurgeon by Blue Sky Ranger Rick Lavine was a great original 125 Intellivision title published by Imagic back in 1982. I feel that it often gets overlooked as one of the classic titles for the system due to it's unique premise and the way it varies from the typical space shooter, sports and fantasy adventure genres of the day.
