We’re big fans of the people over at Parlor Coffee, and were honored when they called on BKON to help them take the New York City region by storm with a new cold brew wholesale foodservice product. BKON enabled Parlor to create an operationally efficient program that tapped into our shelf-stable solutions to deliver the quality product their brand demanded. In a short period of time, Parlor Coffee's program has exploded with foodservice establishments serving their cold brew throughout the metro area. We met up with them recently to talk about their cold brew growth and hear what their customers have to say about it.
