In this video we are building a kids Micro camper for a Power Wheels Truck that is going to be made almost entirely out of cardboard. Our goal was to make this kids camper as cheap as possible while still making it durable, waterproof and light weight. In order to do this we used a technique called poor mans fiberglass which involved transforming our cardboard sheets using wood glue, cotton and exterior paint. This micro kids camper was designed to be hauled by a kids power wheels truck but with a few adjustments it could be hauled by any vehicle. This step by step DIY video takes you from start to finish on how to build this awesome mini micro camper. Using cheap or left over materials, we are able to build this Micro kids camper for under $60 USD Breakdown of supplies & costs 1x2" lumber ($5) -Cardboard sheets (free) -Wood Glue ($40 but only used 1/4 so $10) -Cotton Bed sheet (used, free) -Exterior/ Interior Paint (10 year old leftovers, free) -Spray Paint (1 full can of candy apple red & 1/4 can of black -$10) Tires (surplus store - $10 Each) -Rear Lights (exterior lights - $3 total) -Interior/ Under glow Lights ($10) -Solar Light ($4) -Door handle/ hinges ($5) This is a great summer diy project to keep your kids busy this summer as it can be used as a kids camper or kids playhouse
