In today’s video, I’m sitting down and doing a real life lately check-in. This was an emotional one for me. I opened up about my recent weight gain, how I’ve been feeling mentally, and some things from my past that have been weighing on my heart. I also talk about the 2-year anniversary of my car accident and how much that moment changed me in ways I’m still healing from. This year has started off good, and I’m really hopeful — I’m just learning how to stop being so hard on myself and not focus so much on the number on the scale.
